WELCOME TO CHRIST GLORY CENTRE MINISTRY

Our main headquarters is located adjacent to Kenya Industrial Estate (KIE) off of Siaya-Rwambwa road on your way to Kisumu. We have two buildings, housing both our children’s ministry and our main services.
We would love to have you join us.

We hold two services on Sundays at

8:00 am- 10:00 am in English
10:30 am-1:00 pm in Swahili and English
9:00 am- 10:30 am for our children’s service

We also have weekday fellowship meetings held in various homes throughout the week. Details concerning the fellowships are communicated during announcements on Sunday

Pastor Joseph Ongalo at our main headquarters in Siaya Town.

To spread Christ’s glory across the earth through His manifest presence, established in His word and to minister His love to a hurting world.

OUR VISION:
To be a ministry that eternally commits itself to spreading the glory of Christ Jesus to individuals, families, communities and nations through the effective working of God’s word quickened by the Holy Spirit in addressing the spiritual, social and emotional needs of humanity.

A BIT OF HISTORY
Christ Glory Centre Ministry (CGC) was launched in 2012 with just a handful of youth. We started in a temporary structure in the center of Siaya town. Despite the humble beginnings the word of God was going out with power, signs and wonders and we quickly began to grow. Soon after, in 2014 we were able to purchase land and began constructing a much larger building that can accommodate 300 members.
Currently CGC has several branches in the following locations; Siaya Town, Nya Yesu, Luala, Yogo, Kamalunga, Sidundo, Uhembo, Apate, Ogwedhi, Sigomere, Mung’ao, Sigalame, Busia
Our ministry continues to rapidly expand into new territory, developing branches in remote regions across Kenya. Today we have a congregation of around 1,000 members, spread across 13 branches with Siaya hosting our main headquarters.

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES AS PART OF OUR CONSTITUTION
To propagate the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ as commanded in the Holy scriptures, Mark 16:15- 20, Matt. 24:14, 28:18 and as presented in the statement of our faith which is attached herewith and which forms part of this constitution.
To encourage believers to be witnesses of our Lord Jesus Christ. Matt. 28: 18- 20, Acts 1:8, Rev. 12:11.
To train, license and ordain church ministers, evangelists, youth pastors, pastors, pastor overseers, bishops and elders for the furtherance of the word of God in this Church and everywhere in accordance with this Constitution. 2 Tim. 2:2, Acts 6:6, Eph. 4:11, 2 Tim. 1:6, Titus 1:9, John 15:16.
To foster relationships, fraternal love and affiliation with other churches, ministries and organizations with similar objectives both locally and internationally. 1Cor. 12:12- 13, John 13:34- 35, 17:12.
To strengthen fraternal love between the church and the government of the day. Titus 3:1, 1Pet. 2:13- 14, Rom. 13:1- 7, 2Tim. 2:1- 4.
To establish, maintain and conduct a suitable organizational structure for operationalizing and supervision of the church. Titus 1:5, Heb. 13:7.
To establish churches subject to our supervision and wherever the people accept the gospel. Acts 11: 25- 26, 16:5.
To establish and administer schools, colleges, universities, hospitals and other social welfare institutions and to train persons for purposes of missionary work and for aforesaid institutions.
To arrange religious lectures or seminars, crusades, printing of religious tracks, newsletters, books, radio and TV programmers for the furtherance of the kingdom of God. Matt. 24:14.
To provide spiritual and material support to the needy with a view of helping elevate their standard of living. Jas. 1:27, Isa. 58:6- 7.
To acquire, hold, dispose of or otherwise deal with property, movable or immovable for the achievement of the above stated objectives. Acts 4:34.
To raise and use funds for the achievement of the above stated objective. 2Cor. 4:1- 2, 16:1- 3.
To deal in any activities, operations and businesses that may be deemed necessary and biblical for the accomplishment of the above stated objectives.
